Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: a. Refunds will be provided in accordance with this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. b. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: i. Services not provided within the agreed period or reasonable time frame. ii. Goods not delivered within the agreed period or reasonable time frame. iii. Non-compliance with the terms of the Contract by the Supplier. iv. Cancellation of the Contract in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

  2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund: a. To request a refund, you must contact us via the provided telephone number (+92) 3066666147 or email address support@aqsnooker.com, specifying the reason for the refund request. b. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time frame from the occurrence of the eligible event.

  3. Refund Process: a. Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the terms outlined herein. b. If the request is deemed eligible, we will process the refund promptly. c. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  4. Refund Amount: a. The amount refunded will be equal to the Fees or charges reduced by an appropriate amount, as determined based on the circumstances of the eligible event. b. In cases where the Contract is treated as ended, all payments made under the Contract will be promptly returned.

  5. Return of Goods: a. If applicable, Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise instructed by us. b. You may be responsible for the costs associated with returning the Goods, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  6. Non-Transferability: Refunds are non-transferable and will only be issued to the original Customer who made the payment.

  7. Addressing Disputes: In the event of any dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation and discussion.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for refunds is limited to the extent outlined in this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

  9. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
